IFA Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IFA Administrator to join our global wealth management team in Middlesbrough. This full‑time position offers hybrid working and the chance to support financial advisers while delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients when the adviser is unavailable.
• Welcome clients, schedule meetings (including annual reviews), and prepare comprehensive meeting packs.
• Process new and existing business for pensions, investments, and protection products.
• Liaise with product providers, submitting forms and letters of instruction.
• Execute fund switches via online platforms or postal applications.
• Maintain and update the back‑office system (XPlan) with accurate client data.
• Stay current with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting a financial adviser with knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Proven ability to process both new and existing client business accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Client‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering reliable service.

Required skills

• XPLAN (experience advantageous)
