IFA Administrator

About the role

Join a respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Glasgow as an IFA Administrator. You will be a central part of the client servicing process, providing accurate and efficient support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners within a well‑structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and wider technical teams.
• Maintain and update client records, workflows and tasks using Intelliflo.
• Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings and reviews.
• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection cases.
• Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress applications.
• Track cases through to completion, ensuring timescales and service levels are met.
• Produce client correspondence and assist with ongoing servicing requirements.
• Ensure all records and documentation meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Support colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Experience in a Financial Planning or IFA administration role.
• Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office and Intelliflo.
• Understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end business processing and case management.
