IFA Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IFA Administrator to join a well‑established financial services firm near Birmingham. You will work closely with senior paraplanners and financial advisers, providing support to the existing client bank and helping to onboard new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level after‑care to existing clients.
• Support advisers with information requests and organise campaigns.
• Assist with top‑ups, transfers, withdrawals and manage the client annual review process.
• Send quarterly valuation reports to clients.
• Input and update client information in the CRM system.
• Generate performance reports and develop CRM processes to improve efficiency.
• Use mail merges for client communications and allowance reminders.
• Maintain CPD, complete Management Information, and perform internal and external file checks.
• Submit files to the compliance desk and review comments with advisers.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent high‑standard office experience.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong written communication.
• Professional telephone manner and ability to multitask.
• Systematic, methodical approach with excellent time‑management.
• Positive attitude, hardworking and a good team player.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data‑entry.
