IFA Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to support a boutique financial planning practice in Cheltenham. The role involves working closely with Financial Planners and clients to deliver high-quality, client-focused services in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Financial Planners with preparing and processing client recommendations.
• Manage client communications, maintaining strong relationships.
• Prepare meeting documentation and liaise with external providers.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical staff to achieve high-quality client outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator is highly desirable.
• Strong experience within financial services with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Professional, personable, and client-focused.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
