IFA Administrator – Up to £35k + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a respected wealth‑management firm in Croydon. You will work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring a seamless client journey from enquiry through ongoing service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Process new business applications, fund switches, withdrawals and other servicing requests.
• Prepare client documentation and maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Manage client cases through to completion and liaise with product providers, platforms and third‑party organisations.
• Respond to client enquiries via telephone and email promptly and professionally.
• Monitor workflows, ensuring tasks meet agreed timescales and FCA compliance standards.
• Assist with client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar client‑support role within wealth management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
