IFA Administrator – Wealth Management (Financial Services)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support a successful independent financial adviser within our wealth management team. Based at our Gatwick office, you will work closely with sales support staff to ensure smooth client administration.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the IFA, handling client documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist the sales support team with scheduling, reporting and preparation of financial documents.
- Coordinate with external partners and service providers as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in financial services administration or as a junior paraplanner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Base salary up to £32,000 per annum, plus benefits.
