About the role
Our client, a large organisation in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and support the wider Credit Control team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor aged debt.
- Chase outstanding payments via phone and email.
- Allocate and reconcile customer payments.
- Produce regular debt and payment reports.
- Support the Credit Control team in achieving collection targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Proven success in a previous Credit Control role.
- Excellent Excel knowledge and ability to create debt reports.
- Ability to commute daily to Birmingham.
- Motivation to start immediately.
