Brandon James Ltd is a specialist immigration law firm seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support a US Attorney on a variety of US business immigration matters. The role offers hands‑on training, exposure to complex client cases, and the chance to develop niche expertise in US immigration law.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage US business immigration applications.
• Assist with case preparation, document review, and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and draft case notes.
• Review supporting evidence and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Liaise with clients and third parties throughout the immigration process.
• Prepare forms, submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate case files and case‑management records.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure efficient case progression.
• Provide general administrative and legal support to the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in legal support.
• Interest in immigration law and willingness to learn.
