Immigration Paralegal – London

About the role

Join a specialist immigration law firm in Central London as an Immigration Paralegal. You will support lawyers and caseworkers on a variety of UK immigration matters, ensuring high‑quality client service throughout the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist immigration lawyers and caseworkers with UK immigration cases.
• Prepare and submit applications such as Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family, Student, Visitor, Settlement, and British Citizenship.
• Draft legal representations, supporting letters, and application forms.
• Liaise with clients to gather instructions and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with the Home Office, UKVI and other relevant authorities.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration law changes.
• Monitor case progress and meet key deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in UK immigration law preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Professional, reliable and client‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
