Immigration Solicitor – Fee‑Share Consultancy (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a nationally recognised law firm to expand its network of fee‑share Immigration Solicitors. This remote, consultant‑style position allows you to focus on client work, build your own practice and benefit from a competitive earnings model.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of immigration matters, including personal and business immigration applications.
• Manage sponsorship licences, compliance checks and skilled‑worker visa submissions.
• Advise on asylum, human‑rights claims and represent clients at appeals and tribunals.
• Develop and maintain a client base while collaborating with other practice areas.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience in immigration law.
• Existing client following or referral network is desirable.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to client care.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK immigration legislation and procedures.
• Experience with sponsorship licence applications and compliance.
• Ability to prepare and argue appeals and tribunal submissions.
