Implementation Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead client implementation projects from planning through to successful delivery. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Create and oversee detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, compliance and performance standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Project Management or Implementation Management.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach.
