Implementation Specialist – UKI Market

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist for the UKI market, you will guide Premium and Pro customers through the onboarding journey on the Perk platform. You will act as the first point of contact, translating platform capabilities into tailored solutions that drive adoption and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute onboarding strategies, managing change across the customer organisation and handling technical integrations.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Own the rollout plan, timeline and account handling during implementation, coordinating internal teams and acting as the change‑management subject‑matter expert.
• Design and deliver training sessions for executive and company‑wide audiences, ensuring user readiness.
• Validate post‑implementation configuration by monitoring booking behaviour and providing proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in implementation, project management, account management or related customer‑facing roles.
• Track record of exceeding targets and delivering complex projects.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and managing competing priorities.
