Inbound Logistics Manager

About the role

The Inbound Logistics Manager will own the end‑to‑end movement of goods from global suppliers to Oner Active’s distribution centres. You will ensure that air, sea and road freight arrive on time, within budget, and support inventory availability for product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the international inbound logistics network, coordinating shipments from suppliers to distribution centres.
• Oversee air‑freight and ocean‑freight operations, balancing service levels, transit times and transportation costs.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolve delays and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Operations and Warehouse teams to maintain supply‑chain performance.
• Support critical product launch schedules by ensuring timely inbound deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably handling air, sea and road freight.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to optimise costs and transit times.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment and manage multiple priorities.
