Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

Disaster Care Capital, a fire and flood restoration specialist in West London, is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to handle daily inbound enquiries. The role starts part‑time with a one‑month probation and includes a commission component after the first month.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, CRM and follow‑up messages.
• Qualify enquiries by gathering details on damage, property, urgency, insurance and next steps.
• Maintain accurate GoHighLevel records for every interaction, including pipeline stage and follow‑up dates.
• Own each lead from initial contact through qualification, follow‑up and clear closure.
• Follow the company’s Sales Playbook, pricing guidance and communication templates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, BDR or customer‑service sales.
• Excellent spoken English (C1+) with a natural, professional tone for UK customers.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability for UK business hours, including scheduled weekend coverage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system; experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
