Inbound Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Inbound Telesales Executive to join a market‑leading UK business in Waltham Abbey. You will support field‑based sales managers, manage a portfolio of existing accounts and help grow new business without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers to become their supplier of choice.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products, handling approximately 200+ accounts.
• Provide internal sales support including quotes, service and quality issues.
• Enter orders accurately into the CRM system and meet daily service promises.
• Manage customer pricing to improve margins and achieve KPI targets.
• Collaborate with a team of five and report to the sales manager.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties as directed by the sales manager.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a commercial B2B sales support role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Motivated, energetic and able to work effectively in a team.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial targets.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
