About the role

Join Santander UK’s Chief Information & Resilience Office in Milton Keynes as an Incident and Crisis Support professional. You will work under the Major Incident and Crisis Manager to coordinate and manage incidents and crisis events, ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end incident management process, from initial assessment to closure.
• Log, update, and maintain incident records in accordance with agreed tools and standards.
• Assist triage activities by gathering and validating information from technical teams.
• Help prepare and deliver stakeholder communications aligned with incident severity.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete information for incident leadership decision‑making.
• Promote consistent application of incident management processes and customer impact visibility.
