Independent Financial Adviser – All Leads Provided

About the role

We are seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to service an existing client bank in London. You will work with a supportive paraplanning team and receive a steady flow of leads to grow your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for clients with up to £500,000 of investable assets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities based on client needs.
• Provide pension, investment and insurance advice across pre‑ and post‑retirement stages.
• Collaborate with the paraplanning team to ensure accurate and timely advice delivery.
• Manage leads and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a financial advisory role.
• Level 4 Diploma status and Competent Adviser status in current role.
• Strong client‑facing skills, confidence, empathy and the ability to build rapport.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work as a self‑starter.

Required skills

• Technical competence in advising on pensions, investments and insurances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
