Independent Financial Adviser – Group Schemes (Yorkshire)

About the role

We are seeking a consultative Independent Financial Adviser to specialise in group schemes and employee benefits for a well‑established firm. The successful candidate will work with High Net Worth clients, generating new business while nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full range of group pension, investment and protection products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new contacts and existing accounts to maximise revenue.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with an internal support team that provides administrative and paraplanning assistance.

Required profile

• Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and willingness to work towards Chartered Status.
• Recent experience advising on pension, investment and protection products.
• Proven track record working with High Net Worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of FCA compliance and regulations.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for client visits.
