Independent Financial Adviser

About the role

We are seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to join a well‑established IFA firm in Cheshire. You will provide fully independent financial planning advice across the whole spectrum of client needs, supported by a steady flow of leads and comprehensive administration and paraplanning assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent, client‑centred financial advice and planning.
• Develop and maintain long‑term trusted relationships with clients.
• Manage client meetings, ensuring the majority of time is spent face‑to‑face.
• Work with the firm’s professional network to generate referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong commitment to acting in clients' best interests.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified or Chartered status (Chartered Financial Planner).
