Independent Financial Adviser (Remote Flexibility)

About the role

Our client is a well‑established independent financial planning business experiencing strong year‑on‑year growth. They are looking for experienced advisers to join a team that offers flexible remote working and the chance to advise clients both remotely and in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Inherit, manage and develop a small portfolio of existing clients, delivering timely reviews.
• Proactively pursue incoming leads and convert them into new business.
• Develop relationships with corporate and workplace pension divisions to generate further opportunities.
• Conduct new‑business and existing‑client meetings within a compliant framework.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanning, support and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Experienced adviser holding CAS status with a blended skill set.
• Proven ability to inherit and grow client portfolios.
• Comfortable working remotely and travelling for client meetings.
• Commitment to operating within regulatory and compliance standards.
