Independent Financial Advisor – East Anglia

About the role

TC Group is expanding its Financial Planning team and seeks a self‑employed Independent Financial Advisor to serve the East Anglia region. You will work closely with the Director of Financial Planning, delivering holistic advice on investments, pensions, protection, inheritance tax and company investments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by contacting potential clients and building strong relationships.
• Review existing client portfolios and ensure they meet company standards.
• Design and present tailored financial solutions, producing reports and recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of client care throughout the advisory process.
• Conduct client meetings via Teams or face‑to‑face and travel to appointments as required.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (working towards Chartered status preferred).
• Proven track record as a Financial Adviser in relationship‑led environments.
• Experience working with accountants is an advantage.
• Ability to self‑manage, communicate confidently and collaborate with TC partners.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.

Required skills

• Tax planning strategies for personal and corporate investments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of protection, pension and investment planning.
