Independent Financial Advisor – Home Based

About the role

Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Advisor to work from home. You will deliver holistic, whole‑of‑market financial advice to a diverse client base while upholding the highest standards of client‑centric service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate to the highest standards within a client‑centric environment.
• Follow a standardized process for advising clients and maintain accurate records of advice.
• Provide fully holistic, independent, whole‑of‑market advice.
• Analyse clients’ circumstances and finances to recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure client outcomes comply with company Advice Standards and Consumer Duty Policy.
• Deliver comprehensive verbal and documented recommendations in line with best practice.
• Maintain proper record‑keeping and file quality.
• Undertake continuous professional development (CPD) and document competence.

Required profile

• RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Ideally hold Chartered Adviser (CAS) status.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per year.
