About the role
We are seeking two experienced Industrial Door Engineers to join a well‑established, growing business in London. This field‑based position involves installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial door systems across commercial and industrial customer sites.
Key responsibilities
- Install, service and repair industrial door systems, including roller shutters, sectional doors, high‑speed doors and steel doors.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete digital job sheets and service documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and office staff.
- Work safely and to a high standard, both independently and as part of the engineering team.
- Participate in a structured on‑call rota scheduled in advance.
Required profile
- Proven experience installing, servicing and repairing industrial door systems.
- Experience with a variety of manufacturers and door types.
- IPAF and PASMA certification.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- DHF qualifications and/or CSCS Card are advantageous.
