Industrial Door Service & Installation Engineer – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Door Service & Installation Engineer to join a leading specialist in industrial door and access solutions. Based in Scotland, you will work across Glasgow and the surrounding area, delivering high‑quality maintenance, repairs and installations for commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on a variety of industrial door systems.
• Install new doors and entrance solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, industrial shutters, automatic entrances, gates, barriers and associated access‑control equipment.
• Provide timely, professional service to clients while working independently in the field.

Required profile

• Proven experience servicing, maintaining or installing industrial door systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding ability.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Full UK driving licence.
