Industrial Electrician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a fast‑growing critical power specialist. The role involves installing, wiring, terminating and commissioning critical power systems for a variety of projects across South East England.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out installation, wiring, termination and commissioning of critical power equipment.
• Identify, investigate and resolve electrical and control issues during installation, commissioning and live operation.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, including commissioning reports, inspection records, test certificates and compliance paperwork.
• Work closely with project managers, customers, engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet safety, quality and specification requirements.
• Mentor apprentices and junior engineers, sharing knowledge and providing practical guidance.
• Deliver training sessions on the safe and effective operation of installed systems.

Required profile

• Qualified Industrial Electrician with proven experience in critical power environments.
• Strong understanding of relevant electrical regulations and standards.
• Ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with project teams and customers.
