Industrial Engineering Consultant (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant (m/f/d) in Industrial Engineering to support our clients in the UK. The role involves developing process planning, improving efficiency, and leading workshops to create real‑time production plans across aerospace, automotive and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop process planning and efficiency improvement projects for UK‑based clients.
• Lead collaborative workshops to analyse target processes and create real‑time production plans.
• Optimise workstation layouts and resource utilisation, identifying improvement potentials and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Balance production flow to maximise shop‑floor efficiency and realise identified opportunities.
• Visualise analytical results, present findings to management, and support implementation of improvement measures.

Required profile

• Successfully completed engineering studies with a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the aerospace or automotive industry and/or consulting focused on efficiency improvement programs.
• Motivation to work in an international team and take responsibility for global ramp‑up of clients.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
