Industrial Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Adore Recruitment is seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join its growing Industrial division. You will inherit an established desk with existing clients and vacancies, while having the opportunity to develop new business across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to successful placement.
• Recruit for roles such as Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Drivers, Van Drivers, Production Operatives, Assemblers, Administrators and Supervisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and proactive campaigns.
• Interview, register, onboard and match candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Oversee temporary workers, client bookings and shift fulfilment.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Right‑to‑Work legislation and recruitment best practice.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in Industrial, Logistics, Driving or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and adapt to changing client needs.
• Organisational and administrative competence.
• Proactive, resilient and target‑driven attitude.
• Capability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
