About the role

As Influencer Marketing Director at SAMY, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of influencer marketing for a key global client, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact. You will oversee the Influencer Marketing team, integrate influencer and social strategies, and drive continuous innovation to strengthen client partnerships and support account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Influencer Marketing team, ensuring efficient campaign execution and operational excellence.
• Own the strategic direction of influencer marketing for a major global outdoor brand, delivering insight‑driven, culturally relevant campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Social Media teams to integrate influencer efforts with broader social strategies, maximizing client impact.
• Act as senior strategic advisor to the client, continuously improving performance and building trusted long‑term relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand influencer scope, supporting account growth and evolving the client’s social ecosystem.

Required profile

• 7+ years of influencer marketing experience with a strong strategic and hands‑on background.
• Proven track record leading influencer teams and delivering campaigns in international, agency environments.
• Deep understanding of influencer and social media integration to drive measurable business results.
• Experience managing global or regional clients, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with ability to translate business goals into effective strategies.

Required skills

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and measurement tools (e.g., IQ Data).
