Information Security Manager – FinTech (Hybrid)

About the role

Wealth Dynamix is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead its security governance, risk and compliance programme. The role will shape and operate the information security framework for a fast‑growing FinTech delivering a market‑leading Client Lifecycle Management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA and relevant financial‑services standards.
• Develop and enforce security policies, certifications and control frameworks across the organisation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Technology teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle, including secure design reviews, threat modelling and secure coding standards.
• Oversee application/API penetration testing, vulnerability remediation tracking and release security governance.
• Support DORA‑related client and contractual obligations for EU financial‑services customers.
• Provide security input to privacy compliance activities, working with the DPO on UK/EU GDPR, DPIAs and data‑protection‑by‑design.

Required profile

• Analytical self‑starter with a strong background in product‑focused software delivery.
• Proven experience in information security governance, risk management and regulatory compliance within a FinTech or financial‑services environment.
• Ability to collaborate with Technology, Product, Operations, Legal and senior leadership.
