About the role
This permanent position is based at a specialist plastic injection moulding and extrusion manufacturer on the outskirts of Exeter. You will be responsible for setting up and operating injection moulding machines across a variety of product lifecycles, from design to final logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines
- Perform tool changes and validate tooling
- Optimise processes and maintain hot‑runner systems
- Carry out routine tool and machine maintenance
Required profile
- Proven experience setting injection moulding machines
- Skilled in tool setting and changeovers
- Ability to work on process optimisation and validation
