Innovation Analyst – Research & Insight

About the role

The Innovation Analyst will join the Pacesetter Research team at Law.com to generate actionable insights on how legal organisations innovate. The role blends primary and secondary research, data analysis and content creation to inform senior decision‑makers across the legal market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth executive interviews with managing partners, COOs, innovation leaders and other senior legal professionals, extracting actionable insights.
• Analyze survey results, public data, industry reports and news to identify emerging trends and develop evidence‑based conclusions.
• Draft report sections, executive summaries and visualisations for publication on Law.com Compass and related channels.
• Support survey design, questionnaire development and methodology refinement while collaborating with senior analysts on research programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, industry analysis, management consulting or related research roles.
