Innovation and Enterprise Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Innovation and Enterprise Manager to bridge the NHS and industry across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. In this role you will translate health and care challenges into opportunities for innovative solutions, supporting both the public health system and emerging health‑technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with NHS organisations, clinicians and system partners to identify priorities, unmet needs and adoption barriers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with health‑technology firms, SMEs and innovators.
• Review, triage and assess incoming innovations for relevance and impact.
• Provide commercial advice, real‑world validation guidance and route‑to‑market support.
• Design and deliver programmes, workshops and events that align system needs with business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience working at the interface of healthcare and industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial insight into health‑technology markets.
• Ability to navigate NHS structures and processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NHS procurement and adoption pathways.
• Understanding of health‑technology validation and commercialization.
