Innovation Product Owner & Digital Project Manager (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Innovation Product Owner and Digital Project Manager to drive end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation initiatives. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to our Central London office, acting as a bridge between technology teams and senior business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product and project delivery from discovery through rollout, ensuring performance, security and value.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, collaborating closely with technical leads and developers.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement at senior, partner and C‑suite levels.
• Utilise Jira and other product tools to plan, track and report progress.
• Identify and champion innovative technologies such as AI, RPA and large language models.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital products or projects.
• Commercial interest or experience in digital innovation, transformation and change.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Business acumen and ability to interact with senior leadership.
