Inside Sales Executive B2B – East Kilbride

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive you will contact a mix of existing and new B2B clients, advising them on a range of business‑critical communication and IT products. You will focus on client retention, upgrades and additional solutions while collaborating closely with the field sales team for larger accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to existing and prospective B2B customers to promote product portfolio.
• Provide advice on product upgrades, retention strategies and additional communication solutions.
• Work with the field sales team on larger client opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or a comparable sales background.
• Motivated, outgoing and strong communicator who builds client relationships.
• Ambitious and driven, aiming to earn above £50k and progress long‑term within the company.
• Team‑oriented and eager to benefit from extensive training and development.
