Inside Sales Executive B2B – £26k‑£28k base, up to £60k OTE

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our market‑leading technology communications business in Leeds. You will work with existing B2B clients and prospect new accounts, promoting a portfolio of business‑critical IT and communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact a mix of existing and new B2B customers to advise on product upgrades, retention and additional solutions.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger accounts and joint opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to an uncapped commission structure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or a related sales environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Motivated, ambitious and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to progress within a fast‑growing, customer‑focused organisation.
