Main Missions

- Follow up on leads diligently to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Act as a consultant to clients by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Convert prospects into long-term, loyal customers.
- Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline.
- Contribute actively to the achievement of global sales targets and company growth.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar business development role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- A proactive mindset with a natural ability to persuade and influence.
- Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities.
