Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We're working with a well‑established business in Eccles that is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its EMEA commercial team. The role involves managing inbound enquiries, qualifying new leads, supporting customers and collaborating with the wider sales team to uncover commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries from the website, marketing campaigns, trade shows and other lead‑generation channels.
• Qualify new leads by understanding customer requirements, applications, volumes and timescales.
• Maintain lead activity and records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate customer sample requests from enquiry through to delivery and gather feedback.
• Provide product information, documentation and availability details to customers.
• Support the sales team with quotes, pricing, opportunity tracking and reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards for management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, sales administration or commercial support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with a genuine interest in building relationships.
