Inside Sales Representative – SaaS B2B

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing SaaS company that helps trades and service businesses manage their operations. You will work with warm leads, demonstrate our cloud‑based job management platform and turn trial users into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage warm leads via phone, email and other channels.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address customer needs.
• Identify prospects’ challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships to convert prospects into paying customers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and insights.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software‑driven environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
