Insights Analyst

About the role

We are supporting a well‑established organisation that is investing heavily in its data and insights capability after a major transformation. As an Insights Analyst you will turn raw data into actionable reports, help shape marketing campaigns and provide senior leaders with the information they need to make better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Deliver analysis and actionable insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Support marketing campaign selection, audience targeting and post‑campaign analysis.
• Produce regular reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across operational and commercial functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience using Power BI or a comparable BI tool.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
