Insights & Research Manager

About the role

The Insights & Research Manager will lead the design, execution and delivery of audience, market and brand research that underpins Azerion’s commercial and growth strategies in the UK. Working at the heart of the Growth Team, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales, client success, creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run bespoke surveys from brief through fieldwork, analysis and presentation using platforms such as Peekator, YouGov and GWI.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative data sources to build comprehensive audience and market intelligence.
• Manage brand tracking programmes, measuring awareness, consideration and other KPIs, and turn results into actionable recommendations.
• Support sales and strategy teams with insight‑led recommendations for client briefs, RFPs and proactive pitches.
• Develop and maintain research methodologies, tools and data repositories to ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in research, insights or audience intelligence within media, advertising or ad‑tech.
• Hands‑on expertise with research platforms such as GWI, YouGov and bespoke survey tools.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
