Insolvency Administrator / Senior Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Insolvency Administrator (or Senior Insolvency Administrator) to join a forward‑thinking advisory and accountancy firm’s insolvency and restructuring team in London. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases while developing your expertise in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency matters, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations and compulsory liquidations.
• Draft reports, prepare statutory paperwork and maintain accurate case records.
• Liaise with creditors, directors, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice throughout each engagement.
• Assist with investigations where required and provide guidance to junior team members (senior level).

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an insolvency‑related role.
• Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• CPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK insolvency legislation.
• Experience preparing statutory reports and documentation.
• Case‑management and stakeholder liaison skills.
