Insolvency Case Administrator – Midlands

About the role

We are seeking an Insolvency Case Administrator to join a well‑established firm in the Midlands. The role involves managing a portfolio of insolvency matters, supporting senior colleagues and interacting with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage insolvency cases including administrations, liquidations, CVAs and bankruptcies.
• Identify prospective clients and prepare required documentation.
• Investigate directors' conduct and company affairs.
• Attend meetings and communicate effectively with creditors, debtors and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement case strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to the wider accountancy team within the firm.

Required profile

• Previous experience within the insolvency field.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
