Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor

About the role

The Legists is seeking an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join its nationally recognised practice in London. You will work on high‑value, complex matters alongside specialist teams, providing advice to a wide range of stakeholders in distressed situations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of predominantly non‑contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Banking & Finance and Real Estate teams on cross‑disciplinary projects.
• Provide legal advice to lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals and insolvency practitioners.
• Undertake transactional work where required and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in insolvency and restructuring.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑value matters and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent drafting and communication abilities.
