Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join a leading national law firm’s dedicated practice in London. The successful candidate will work on high‑value, complex matters, collaborating with corporate, banking & finance and real‑estate teams to support clients in distressed situations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of predominantly non‑contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Provide advice to lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals and insolvency practitioners.
• Undertake transactional work and support cross‑disciplinary projects with corporate, banking & finance and real‑estate teams.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to grow the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in insolvency and restructuring.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑value matters and to work collaboratively across practice areas.
• Strong commercial acumen and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
