Insolvency Solicitor (2‑4 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience to join our Legal 500‑recognised Insolvency team in Hertfordshire. You will work on both contentious and non‑contentious restructuring matters for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering corporate and personal insolvency, administration appointments and insolvency litigation.
• Prepare and file court applications and oversee property‑related insolvency transactions.
• Provide advisory services on restructuring and insolvency issues.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support junior colleagues.
• Play an active role in the growth and development of the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑4 years PQE and solid experience in insolvency law.
• Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to complex issues.
• Confident in managing an independent caseload and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisational and business development abilities.
