Insolvency Solicitor (5+ PQE)

About the role

Join a leading Legal 500 firm as an Insolvency Solicitor, working within a fast‑paced, high‑profile practice in Hampshire. You will handle a broad mix of personal and corporate insolvency matters, supporting a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex personal and corporate insolvency cases from start to finish.
• Provide advice on security reviews, administration appointments, business and asset sales, and transactions at undervalue.
• Handle winding‑up petitions, bankruptcy proceedings, and related matrimonial home issues.
• Collaborate with insolvency practitioners, banks, lenders, investors, directors, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain professional networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in insolvency law.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record on high‑profile matters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986.
• Familiarity with Insolvency Rules 2016 and Companies Act 2006.
• Experience with LPA receiverships is advantageous.
