Insolvency Solicitor – up to 3 years PQE

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a market‑leading insolvency practice in Cheltenham, working on high‑value and complex restructuring and insolvency matters for a prestigious client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on both non‑contentious and contentious restructuring and insolvency matters for leading practitioners, banks, private equity houses and corporates.
• Manage a varied caseload covering corporate insolvency, restructuring and turnaround, insolvency litigation, asset recovery and tracing, and personal insolvency.
• Support senior team members on complex restructuring and insolvency projects.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years post‑qualification experience seeking to develop a career in insolvency.
• Background in restructuring & insolvency or transferable experience from dispute resolution, corporate or commercial law.
• Strong collaborative approach and ability to build client relationships.
• Technically proficient with excellent drafting abilities.
