Insolvency/IPS Product Lead

About the role

The Insolvency/IPS Product Lead will own the end‑to‑end management, operation and continuous improvement of the Insolvency Practitioner System (IPS) for Interpath’s global restructuring business. Based in a UK office, you will ensure the platform supports efficient operations, meets regulatory requirements and delivers value to users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for IPS, providing guidance, support and best‑practice advice.
• Manage and resolve user queries, support tickets and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing of IPS upgrades before production release.
• Drive the migration from the on‑premise IPS SQL platform to IPS Cloud, coordinating with the vendor, internal SMEs and client‑facing teams.
• Configure pre‑migration security settings, user roles and workflows to ensure a smooth transition.
• Deliver user training and develop/up‑date training materials, user guides and documentation.

Required profile

• Subject matter expertise in the Insolvency Practitioner System (IPS).
• Proven experience managing product ownership and supporting financial‑technology platforms.
• Ability to balance day‑to‑day support with strategic development initiatives.
