Installation Engineer – Medical Hoists

About the role

We are seeking an Installation Engineer to join a growing team that installs, services and maintains medical hoist systems in hospitals, schools and care homes across the West and South of the UK. You will work both independently and as part of a crew, travelling to customer sites and often staying overnight.

Key responsibilities

• Install ceiling‑track hoists to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Complete and authorise all required installation documentation.
• Travel to multiple sites, covering the West and South regions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for on‑the‑job training.

Required profile

• Valid clean driving licence.
• Proven mechanical installation experience in similar environments.
• Competent use of all types of hand‑power tools.
• Willingness to undertake fully funded overnight stays.
