Installation Technician – Electrical Focus

About the role

We are seeking an Installation Technician with a strong electrical focus to join our team in Buckinghamshire. You will work on‑site installing, wiring and commissioning production machinery and automated equipment for manufacturing lines.

Key responsibilities

• Install and assemble production machinery and related equipment.
• Carry out power, control and signal electrical wiring.
• Support first and second fix installations and full production line set‑up.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Assist with commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in installation roles.
• Strong background in electrical installation and wiring.
• Experience installing industrial machinery or production lines.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Practical, hands‑on and detail‑oriented approach.
